ECAD’s Office Administrator is an energetic, amicable, and highly organized individual who provides key support to the Director of Development & Communications, and professional staff. This individual will work independently as well as in various teams. She or he is a professional in her or his own right, and will be the first face and voice of ECAD that many donors and prospective donors will encounter.
At least 2 years working for a nonprofit or a total of four years of full-time work experience and/or higher education.
The physical demands are typical of office work. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities. The employee must regularly sit, use hands, talk, and hear; occasionally stand, walk, reach, and lift/move up to 40 pounds. Vision requirements include distance, peripheral, and focus adjustment.
