You will be successful in this position if you are comfortable being independent but working collaboratively, are happy juggling a variety of tasks, enjoy meeting and talking with people, are motivated to set and achieve goals, have a hospitality and sales mindset, and can manage a spreadsheet. You will have a successful launch into this role if you have Patron Manager or other ticketing software experience, and past hospitality training.
