Office Administrator/Facility Management And Services
- Receive mail, open and determine recipient if not defined.
- Post office runs if needed Campus Print.
- Check printers for paper stock o Submit order to Facility Manager for placement.
- First point of contact to address Tier 1 Printer Issues.
- Submit service calls for Tier 2 and coordinate with vendor Campus Services.
- Check supplies for office supplies, paper, toner, etc o Submit order to Facility Manager for placement.
- Help coordinate large conference room schedules.
- Work with Fitness Center personnel Campus Food.
- Check coffee stations for coffee supplies o Submit order to Facility Manager for placement.
- Monitor micromarkets for stock o Report issues to Facility Manager.
- First point of contact to address Tier 1 Dining Issues o Report issues to Facility Manager.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage campus mail and package sorting by department.
- Track mail using vendor management software.
- Coordinate post office runs and campus print needs.
- Monitor and replenish printer paper stock; submit orders as needed.
- Address Tier 1 printer issues; escalate Tier 2 issues to vendors.
- Manage office supplies, including paper and toner; submit orders accordingly.
- Coordinate large conference room schedules.
- Collaborate with Fitness Center personnel and campus food services.
- Check and restock coffee stations; report issues.
- Monitor micromarkets stock levels; report issues.
- Handle Tier 1 dining issues; report to Facility Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline).
- Basic communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Customer focus with diligence and urgency.
- Basic computer skills, including email and typing.
- High school diploma or GED minimum; technical/trade school a plus.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of mailroom or facilities management experience.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or professional services.
- Ability to make independent decisions with limited supervision.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, cooperative.
