The Law Office of Bryan Fagan excels in family law, estate planning & probate, and criminal law, based in Houston, TX. We have (8) offices: (5) in Houston and (1) in Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio, with more on the way! Our mission is to serve as trusted advisors and advocates for families navigating divorce, estate planning, probate, and criminal matters, ensuring we meet their unique needs with excellence and dedication.

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our Dallas office to support operations and employees. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functions, providing support to leaders, staff, and clients. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding legal services.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure proficient and smooth daily office operations.
  • Manage office setup, equipment, supplies, and inventory.
  • Support office relocations within the area.
  • Interface with vendors.
  • Support office activities and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and handle clerical tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for supervisors, legal teams, and clients.
  • Assist supervisors with delegated tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document management, communication, and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications, including calendaring.
  • Attention to detail and proficient administrative skills.
  • Proficient to expert computer literacy with office software.
