Michael Page US is recruiting on behalf of a well established Boston construction firm for an Office Administrator to support project documentation, organize files, and coordinate meetings.

The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communication, and experience providing administrative support in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation for the construction department.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.

Job Description

The Office Administrator will:

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation for the construction department.
