Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee Class A Office and high‑end interior projects in Dallas. You will lead cross‑functional teams from kickoff to final delivery, manage budgets and client relationships, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion with superior quality.

The role demands 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong budgeting, contracts knowledge, and proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience overseeing Class A office, corporate interiors, tenant improvement, or high-end interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience managing contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Proven leadership experience with field and office project teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Partner with Superintendents to establish project priorities and execution strategies.
  • Lead Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and project administration staff.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and revenue projections.
  • Ensure adherence to project estimates and financial objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve challenges related to labor, staffing, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
  • Administer contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Maintain accurate RFI logs, change order logs, meeting minutes, and project records.
  • Coordinate with Safety leadership to ensure compliance with established safety goals and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks proactively and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained across all phases of construction.
