The Assistant Project Manager will support construction projects within the property industry by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role is based in Boston and works closely with project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

This established Owner's Project Management (OPM) firm has grown significantly over the past decade, expanding from a small team into a respected mid-sized organization. They manage projects across sectors including life sciences, commercial interiors, multifamily housing, assisted living, and real estate development, working with high-profile institutional and corporate clients throughout a major metropolitan market. The firm utilizes industry-standard tools such as CAD, Microsoft Project, and Procore and is known for offering a strong employee experience, competitive benefits, and a streamlined interview process.

Description
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in managing budgets and tracking project expenses to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support communication between stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
  • Help resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and permits.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of property construction projects in Cambridge.
Profile
  • Experience with project coordination and task management in construction.
