- Assist the HR Manager with new-hire setup and onboarding logistics, including preparing workspaces, ordering name tags and company apparel, coordinating training schedules and materials, and ensuring necessary supplies are ready for each employee’s first day.
- Support the HR Manager with employee engagement and company events by coordinating celebrations, recognition activities, company apparel, catering, decorations, supply purchases, errands, set up, and cleanup.
- Provide routine administrative support across Preconstruction, Project Management, Fabrication, and Field Operations, including bid-related correspondence and document routing, approved employee communications, supply requests, and coordination of deliveries or service visits. Department leaders retain technical review, work scheduling, and approval responsibilities.
