Join to apply for the Office Administrator - Remote role at SARL ARTILEC.

This offer is 100% remote until further notice.

Location: Remote

Est. Hourly Salary: $27.00 - $39.00

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Contract

Job Responsibilities
  1. Operate the front desk and check in clients for their appointments.
  2. Maintain a clean work area - wipe down surfaces, sweep, and mop as needed.
  3. Converse with patients to create a friendly and welcoming environment.
  4. Update patient information electronically, schedule appointments, and collect financial contracts.
  5. Place and answer office phone calls as needed.
  6. Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday.
  7. Saturday shift once every 10-12 weeks.
Work Skills and Experience

This position requires no previous work experience. However, we are looking for a team member with exceptional communication skills, capable of socializing with clients while performing job duties efficiently.
