Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Office Administrator located in Dublin, OH. The Office Administrator will be responsible for:

  1. Greeting visitors
  2. Assisting with answering phones and routing calls
  3. Ensuring smooth office operations
  4. Organizing and maintaining files
  5. Assisting with inventory of materials and supplies
  6. Coordinating with IT on equipment issues
  7. Processing weekly check runs
  8. Performing data entry to support other departments
  9. Entering data into systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  10. Assisting accounting with end-of-day account balancing
  11. Performing various administrative tasks to support the office and sales team
  12. Handling marketing distribution
  13. Managing post office trips
  14. Assisting with conference and travel arrangements
  15. Contributing to special projects and events
  16. Managing tasks related to servicing the company condo and automobiles
Qualifications
