Base pay range

$195,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator for the Chicago office for a global law firm. This person should have experience as an Office Administrator and 5+ years of management experience of large teams.

This international law firm is consistently ranked and growing steadily. The Chicago office is 700+ people and is their headquarter office.

Description
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized environment.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and executives.
  • Maintain and update office records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability at all times.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating training sessions.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage the performance review of all legal support staff on a bi-annual basis.

Profile

A successful Office Administrator should have:
