Primary Responsibilities

This multifaceted role encompasses administrative operations, light paralegal duties, financial management, and business development support. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention detail in a professional legal environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Financial Operations

  • Process client invoices and manage billing procedures
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial documentation
  • Handle accounts receivable and assist with budget tracking

Legal Administration

  • Process court filings and served legal documents
  • Calendar legal deadlines and court appearances
  • Provide paralegal support including document preparation and case file management
  • Maintain confidential client files in compliance with legal standards

Business Development

  • Manage firm social media platforms and content strategy
  • Support marketing initiatives and client relationship development
  • Coordinate networking events and business development activities

General Operations

  • Serve as primary contact for clients, vendors, and court personnel
  • Coordinate attorney schedules and meeting arrangements
  • Oversee office systems and document management protocols
Required Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-4 years of professional experience in law, accounting, real estate, or professional services
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
