Stone Warehouse USA is seeking an Office Admin in Michigan to join our growing team. You will establish customer relationships, deliver prompt service, and maintain knowledge of our product lines including quartz and porcelain slabs.

The position will include the following responsibilities:

• Establish and build customer relationships with clients.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services
• Assist in material selections by walking with homeowners, builders, designers, and fabricators alike.
• Make follow-up phone calls to insure material selections/sales.
• Strong organizational, time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm (rotation)

Job Type: Full-time
