Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience (stone industry preferred).
• Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable transportation and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff in a safe, organized, productive environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee inspections of materials.
• Ensure proper handling of materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate scheduling, assign tasks, and provide training and mentorship.
• Support order fulfillment and delivery schedules with sales and customer service teams.

We are currently seeking an energetic, professional, and experienced Team Lead Supervisor to oversee operations at our Tampa, FL location. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing and dynamic company.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing warehouse operations, and the ability to maintain organization, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Our mission is to offer superior customer service experience utilizing our extensive knowledge and quality materials, to designers, builders, fabricators and homeowners alike.

We are looking to fill a full-time position with someone who is a quick learner, responsible, and has a drive to maintain high quality workmanship.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring a safe, organized, and productive environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee inspections of materials.
• Ensure proper handling of materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Coordinate scheduling, assign tasks, and provide training and mentorship to warehouse staff.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to support order fulfillment and delivery schedules.

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse experience (stone industry experience preferred).
• Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred (training available through the company).
• Strong leadership skill, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy materials as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a professional, responsible attitude.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability 9am to 2pm every other weekend at the store 33634
