Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning, operated by TTCL Services LLC, is seeking an Office Admin in Billings, MT to serve as the backbone of the team. You will handle calls, emails, scheduling, and data entry, while supporting bookkeeping tasks and daily office operations.

You must have solid communication skills, be organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Experience with invoicing is a plus and you should be reliable and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience is a plus.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments and manage daily dispatching.
• Maintain accurate customer records and data entry in office management systems.
• Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Support management with administrative tasks, reporting, and office organization.
• Communicate with field technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer follow-ups and assist with resolving service-related concerns.
