Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive the offer-to-hire process, from recruiter hand-off through signed offer and transition to onboarding. You will coordinate pre-onboarding documentation, ensure compliance, and enable a fast, quality hiring velocity while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ATS and HR processes; experience supporting offer management, onboarding, or full-cycle recruiting preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in the offer-to-hire process.
• Document and maintain offer management and pre-onboarding procedures; ensure consistent execution across Talent Acquisition.
• Owns end-to-end offer process in Greenhouse Recruiting from hand-off to hired status.
• Coordinate candidate travel and interview logistics as required.
• Support onboarding, payroll, HR, and related teams to ensure smooth transitions.
