Job summary

Worley in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Craft Recruiter (Off-Site) to support major industrial projects by building skilled craft talent pipelines, coordinating requisitions, and ensuring staffing aligns with mobilization schedules.

You will partner with project leadership, workforce development, and onboarding teams to source electricians, pipefitters, welders, laborers, carpenters, and other crafts, while maintaining candidate relationships in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in industrial construction, maintenance, or similar project-based environments.
• Direct experience recruiting skilled craft professionals for direct‑hire construction projects or industrial turnarounds is preferred.
• Experience supporting high‑volume hiring and workforce mobilization.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and external sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work from an off-site location and collaborate with project leadership and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project-specific recruiting plans aligned with labor forecasts and mobilization schedules.
• Manage requisitions, review applications, and screen candidates for crafts like electricians, welders, and carpenters.
• Build and maintain ongoing talent pipelines for multiple craft roles.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and handoffs to onboarding teams.
• Provide status updates on requisitions, pipelines, starts, and sourcing challenges to stakeholders.
• Maintain compliant recruiting records and protect candidate confidentiality.
