Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Molecular Biology, Electronics, or related field.
• Associates degree with 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's.
• High School Diploma/ GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service engineer functionality and schedule coverage.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to service engineers.
• Ensure quality documentation and GDP compliance across service activities.
• Coordinate training methodology and training documentation with other engineer leads.
• Escalate service concerns and align with management on improvements.
• Ensure timely handling of cross-functional support requests and project needs.
