Job summary

Shift is Tue–Fri, 10p–7:30a; the role requires teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and adherence to GDP and safety policies in a fast-paced environment with potential night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma and 3+ years in a lab or high-throughput setting.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring others.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Familiarity with CAP, GLP, GDP, CLIA, NYSDOH, and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Support Specimen Processing Supervisor in day-to-day operations and productivity.
• Prepare and review SOPs; lead team meetings and 1:1 coaching.
• Assist with interviews, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and data reporting standards.
