Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronics or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting the administration and execution of a service program.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Experience interpreting mechanical parts and assembly drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile devices/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify advanced laboratory instruments per service policies.
• Lead structured root cause investigations for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibrations per service policies.
• Maintain GDP-compliant documentation and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, ISO, CLIA).
• Write and review SOPs for equipment service and calibration.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians on troubleshooting and best practices.
