Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, Molecular Biology, Electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in service engineering or related industry.
• 3+ years of experience leading and/or directing people or project teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service engineer functionality.
• Mentor and guide service engineers; conduct check-ins.
• Ensure adequate coverage and approve time off requests.
• Coordinate training and documentation improvements with leadership.
• Track service activities and ensure GDP-compliant documentation.
