Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; 3+ years lab/medical/high-throughput experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years using computers including MS Office and internet navigation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Specimen Processing Department, including staffing, scheduling, timecard management, and performance feedback.
• Lead and empower staff to meet quality and productivity goals for the shift and department.
• Organize routine team meetings and 1-on-1 employee meetings; manage staffing levels and cross-functional initiatives.
