• GED/high school with 4+ years relevant experience as substitute.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service engineer activities across shifts.
• Lead meetings, mentor engineers, and ensure workload coverage.
• Maintain GDP-compliant documentation and escalate concerns.
• Coordinate training methods and track training effectiveness.
• Install/qualify new lab equipment and support instrument maintenance.
• Ensure timely handoffs between shifts and respond to requests.
