Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of work-related experience in consumer goods or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities.
• Understanding of distribution, promotion and selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of commercial responsibilities driving NSV, DGP, market share, and KPI attainment.
• Analyze distributor execution, pricing, programming, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead local programming strategy, execution, and resource management within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate off-premise events and samplings with tracking and recap.
• Manage budget including OPEX, Brand Investment Funds, and T&E.
