Job summary

sweetgreen is seeking an Assistant Coach, Off-Premise, to own catering and outpost fulfillment inside a hub restaurant. You will lead the off-premise team, manage production, and ensure on-time, accurate orders across catering, outpost, and native delivery channels.

You will collaborate with the Head Coach on staffing, training, and system enhancements while upholding food safety and delivering the SWEET standard of guest experience. A strong multi-tasker with leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant management/supervisory role.
• Experience developing and leading teams of 6+ per shift.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including early catering drops.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead off-premise team planning and scheduling, partnering with Head Coach on hires and performance.
• Oversee off-premise production and on-time delivery across catering, outpost, and delivery channels.
• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in off-premise areas and shared spaces.
• Deliver accurate, on-time off-premise orders and resolve issues with catering customers.
• Operate catering order management interfaces and troubleshoot systems.
