Job summary

Allison Transmission seeks an experienced Off-Highway Account Manager to lead account management and business development for key North America OEM accounts. You will drive growth, coordinate with engineering, operations, and sales teams, and strengthen customer partnerships.

The role reports to the Head of OEM Mobile Sales North America Off-Highway and requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven forecasting, and a deep understanding of OEM business models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive sales and business development experience.
• 3+ years leading strategic OEM accounts (preference in Off-Highway Market).

Responsibilities

• Lead account management for North America OEM accounts and drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and ensure profitability.
