Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, and upholding merchandising standards.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities within budget and goals, acting as Head Coach during openings or supervisory periods.
• Lead scheduling and workload assignments to maximize store performance while meeting payroll and financial goals.
• Build and lead a strong team, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and procedures; ensure compliance with policies and external guidelines.
