Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment across multiple clients and regions. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure candidates are evaluated on the right criteria.

You will manage candidate data in ATS/CRM systems, build diverse talent pipelines, and support overtime shifts as needed, including up to 20% travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Law Enforcement background is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or equivalent or related experience.
• Two plus years of high-volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or CRM systems such as Salesforce and UltiPro.
• Dependable team player with strong customer service skills.
• Domestic travel up to 20% and flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

About the role:The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients in various locations in their respective region. The Recruiter will partner with various hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization and ensure best talent for each respective position.
