Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to deliver all facets of the recruiting process across multiple clients and locations within their region. The role partners with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensures candidates are evaluated against the right criteria.

The Recruiter will manage data in ATS/CRM systems, develop pipelines of qualified candidates, and support diversity recruitment initiatives. Domestic travel up to 20% and flexible shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Law Enforcement background
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience
• Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce, UltiPro
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
• Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed

About the role

The Recruiter reports directly to the Manager and/or Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
