Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced OFE Project Manager to oversee owner-furnished equipment and long-lead equipment for a hyperscale data center green field build in Kansas City, MO.

This onsite role offers relocation assistance for the right candidate and a path to join a global construction management team. You will coordinate with GC, engineering, and vendors to ensure timely equipment delivery, manage risks, and maintain project documentation, while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and building networks.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for OFE & LLE management.
• Develop tools and trackers to align equipment deliveries with construction schedules.
• Support process improvements in vendor purchase orders and roles/responsibilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure project success.
• Lead recurring meetings with suppliers to drive project milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, GC, and PM to schedule tests/QA visits.
