Job summary

KGO is seeking an experienced OFCI Site Logistics Manager to support a hyperscale data center construction project. This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

You will manage owner-furnished MEP equipment, coordinate deliveries, and ensure on-site receiving, inventory, and storage. This role requires 100% on-site work (Mon-Fri) and experience with OFCI equipment and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction logistics / supply chain.
• Experience with OFCI MEP equipment (required).
• Background in data centers, mission-critical, or industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of jobsite logistics and scheduling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to work 100% on-site (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for owner-furnished MEP equipment (AHUs, Fan Walls, electrical gear).
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors, suppliers, and GCs.
• Oversee on-site receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Ensure materials are tracked, damage-free, and install-ready.
• Resolve delivery issues and keep schedules on track.
• Work across owners, contractors, and logistics providers.

About the Role
