Job summary

Overwatch Construction is seeking a Site OFE Coordinator to manage owner-furnished equipment on active data-center sites. You will serve as the primary liaison between vendors, the general contractor, and the owner’s project team, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

You will lead weekly OFE meetings and monitor risks to keep construction on schedule, while maintaining logs and verifying quality compliance of equipment arriving on site.

Qualifications

• QA / QC experience required.
• Root cause thinking must be demonstrated.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Stakeholder alignment essential.
• Behavioral observation & de-escalation skills desired.
• Safety documentation experience needed.
• Compliance tracking experience.
• Field data capture and inventory accuracy expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OFE between equipment vendors, GC, and owner team.
• Lead weekly Site OFE meetings to align delivery dates and installation needs.
• Coordinate off-site equipment activities with GC and subcontractors for site readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks affecting schedule; propose actions.
• Review construction schedule to ensure alignment with critical path and deliveries.
• Notify stakeholders promptly of delays; develop corrective action plans.
• Track PO changes and report delivery milestones; ensure compliance of equipment logs.
• Maintain logs of equipment-related communications and technical specs.
