Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Procurement to oversee the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) supply chain for multiple construction projects from inception to commissioning. You will manage vendor relations, budgets, schedules, and documentation while coordinating with construction and commissioning partners.

The role requires strong problem-solving, teamwork, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment; travel up to 25% is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Supply chain management experience within data centers and/or manufacturing.
• Direct experience managing multi-state operations and multi-million-dollar equipment contracts.
• Strong proficiency with computers and industry programs (Excel, Procore, Helix, Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all OFE-related project activities.
• Manage vendor relationships to align with production plans and the overall program.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-tracking using the company controls system.
• Create and maintain cost schedules, forecasts, SOVs, and invoices.
• Coordinate documentation (submittals, comments, etc.) across Procore/SharePoint.
• Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to optimize schedules.
• Support turnover planning with commissioning partners.
