Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks an OFCI Coordinator to join our project team and oversee procurement, tracking, coordination, and lifecycle management of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed equipment. You will collaborate with Project Managers on purchasing, prepare submittals, support scheduling, and lead planning efforts.

The role emphasizes effective communication, coordination with trade partners, and adherence to Clark Standards of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 2+ years in engineering, project engineering, or similar construction roles.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and project administration.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, tracking, coordination, and lifecycle of OFCI equipment
• Collaborate with Project Managers on purchasing activities, scoping, take-offs
• Prepare and submit submittals in compliance with plans/specs
• Support the development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules
• Lead development of project plans
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure alignment with schedule
• Review change proposals from trade partners and negotiate as appropriate
• Coordinate drawings with Project Manager and Superintendent
• Draft change orders; solicit prices; perform take-offs and cost estimates
• Lead project closeout, assemble manuals and warranties, final payment documents
• Develop and lead training sessions for team and trade partners
• Take ownership of document management applications
