Job summary

Clark Construction seeks an OFCI Manager to coordinate owner-provided equipment integration for mission-critical data center projects. You will oversee procurement, logistics, and commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with MEP trades.

You will serve as technical liaison among client procurement, vendors, and on-site teams, manage risk, lead Level 3 and Level 4 testing, and drive successful handover of capital spares.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• PMP or LEED AP is a plus.
• 5–8 years in mission critical construction.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Logistics tracking and Just-In-Time delivery.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for equipment footprints and connections.
• Lead in-process inspections and damage assessments on delivery.
• Coordinate installation and startup with vendors and MEP teams.
• Schedule integration with project timetable and commissioning windows.
• Identify gap items and manage risk for critical path.
• Lead Level 3 (Pre-functional) and Level 4 (Functional) testing.
