Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks an OFCI Coordinator to join a project team in the Dallas area. You will manage the lifecycle of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed equipment and collaborate with Project Managers on procurement and scheduling.

The role requires reading drawings, preparing submittals, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on schedule. You will also draft change orders, support turnover, and lead team training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an engineer, project engineer, or similar role in construction
• Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and admin tasks
• Ability to read drawings and specifications accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, tracking, coordination, and lifecycle of OFCI equipment
• Collaborate with Project Managers on scoping and take-offs
• Prepare submittals and ensure compliance with plans and specs
• Support project scheduling and subcontractor detail schedules
• Develop project plans and lead training for team and trades
• Expedite material deliveries and monitor schedule conformity
• Review change proposals and negotiate with trade partners
• Draft change orders and assist with turnover documents
