Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks an OFCI Manager to oversee the lifecycle of Owner-provided equipment, from factory testing to commissioning. You will coordinate procurement, logistics, and technical vetting, acting as the primary liaison among the Client’s procurement team, equipment vendors, and onsite MEP trades.

This role ensures long-lead equipment integrates with the build on time and without delay.

Qualifications

• Must manage master equipment logs and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Must review submittals and shop drawings for equipment footprints, weights and connection points.
• Must lead in-process inspections and damage assessments pre-offloading.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Master Equipment Log and track procurement.
• Coordinate Just-In-Time delivery to avoid site congestion.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for OFCI equipment.
• Lead QA/QC and receiving inspections on site.
• Perform damage assessments on delivery and verify manuals and parts.
• Act as onsite liaison with vendor technicians during installation and startup.
