Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC in Dallas is seeking an OFCI Coordinator to manage the procurement, tracking, coordination, and lifecycle of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed equipment on our projects.

You will collaborate with Project Managers on purchasing, prepare submittals, support schedules, and lead change orders and closeout activities. The role requires 2+ years in construction, reading drawings, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 2+ years in engineer/project engineer or similar role in construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and project administration.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in building and the industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, tracking, coordination, and lifecycle of OFCI equipment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on purchasing, scoping, and take-offs.
• Prepare and forward submittals; ensure compliance with plans.
• Support development of project schedules and subcontractor detail schedules.
• Lead development of project plans.
• Monitor material deliveries and align with project schedule.
• Review change proposals and negotiate with trade partners.
• Coordinate drawings with Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Draft change orders; solicit prices and perform scope take-off and cost estimates.
• Lead project closeout; assemble manuals and warranties; prep final payment docs.
• Develop and lead training sessions for team and trade partners.
• Take ownership of document management applications.
