Job summary

MNP in Utica, MI is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive revenue and profitability at large, strategic customers. You will leverage extensive sales and engineering experience to lead and develop business planning at major accounts, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Responsibilities include interfacing with customer engineering teams, coordinating testing and drawing services, analyzing data to recommend performance improvements, and supporting cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or materials science engineering.
• 2+ years experience developing fastening solutions or solving critical application issues in the manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support sales in meeting revenue and growth targets with targeted customers.
• Meet and interact regularly with Engineering and technical contacts at assigned customers.
• Prepare/coordinate testing and drawing services for customers.
• Compile and analyze operational, test, and research data to recommend performance standards for newly designed and/or existing products.
• Proactively support all customers and internal cost savings efforts.
