TeamOetiker is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth across Michigan in automotive and industrial markets. You will manage customer relationships, expand the clamps and rings business, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires strong sales acumen, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support customers and develop new business in the region.

• Drive sales growth across Michigan and manage customer relationships.
• Protect and grow sales for regional and national customers.

• Grow Clamps and Rings business in automotive and industrial markets.
• Manage opportunities, forecasts, and CRM activities.
• Provide technical field support and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and production facilities.
• Travel ~50% to support customers and develop business.
