Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Engineer – OEM (Emerging Market) to drive growth through strategic OEM selling and technical solutions. You will develop plans, identify new accounts, and deliver compelling proposals while engaging customers with product, application, and service insights.

You should have a technical degree and 5+ years of experience selling engineered products into processing industries, with a willingness to travel extensively and engage within the US and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling engineered products to processing industries.
• Experience selling process equipment directly to customers and/or via reps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OEM sales plans to meet AOP goals with OEM accounts.
• Provide product, application, service and technical information to customers.
• Identify new target accounts and deliver technical demos and quotes.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and generate accurate proposals.
• Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally as needed.
