Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Product Execution Engineer for a full-time remote role. You will develop relationships with customers across disciplines and regions, provide process change guidance, and blueprint work processes for asset management.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects, ensure sustainable solutions, and support ARMS software implementation improvements. Spanish language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience applying reliability methods and techniques in relevant industry.
• Experience in process-level change management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong IT acumen with data analysis and adaptability to new systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba).
• Spanish language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers across disciplines, divisions and regions.
• Provide process change expertise and guidance for customers.
• Blueprint work processes and design customer-centric solutions in asset management.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to deliver customer projects.
