Baker Hughes in Liberty, MO seeks a Sales Engineer – OEM to drive new OEM accounts and grow business with existing OEM customers. You will develop and execute sales plans, provide technical information, and lead demos and proposals to meet and exceed sales goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience selling engineered products in processing industries, with willingness to travel up to 75% and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience selling an engineered product into processing industries; technical degree preferred.
• Sales experience in direct OEM or manufacturers’ reps; experience with pressure relief products preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the sales plan to meet AOP OEM sales goals, providing product, application, service and technical information.
• Develop new target accounts, deliver technical demos, presentations, specifications and project support.
• Generate accurate quotes and proposals by understanding customer needs and closing strategies.
• Travel inside/outside the USA as required and lead business development with OEM customers.
• Forecast quarterly and annual sales, and achieve booking plans in line with the company’s financial plan.
