Logisnext Americas Inc. seeks an OEM Product Development Analyst to bridge our parent and sister companies for service parts coverage across product lines. You will support Service Parts Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Service Engineering while aiding part maintenance and growth.

You will review BOMs and orders, drive cost reductions, and maintain tooling for parts coverage for up to 10 years post-production. Hybrid role in Grand Rapids, MI with in-office Tue-Thu collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint literacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve NNP Service parts BOM, supersessions, and orders.
• Synergize purchasing to guarantee lowest cost.
• Develop and maintain reporting to optimize parts/vendor management.
• Provide resource parts if a vendor is lost.
• Approve part changes with relevant parties.
• Ensure parts stay active and available 10 years after production.
• Help analyze truck population data for part maintenance decisions.
• Identify opportunities for OEM service part alternatives when market demands.

In addition to being a forklift manufacturer, we are also a total solutions provider offering scalable products and services from material handling and automation to extensive fleet support.About the role:Your primary role as OEM Product Development Analyst is to serve as the main liaison between our parent and sister companies to develop and establish service parts and ensure proper parts coverage for our product lines.
