This position will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations within the facility. This essential role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating schedules, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of machinery, equipment, and physical structures. Assist and works closely with the Senior Manager to develop and execute maintenance strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory of spare parts and equipment, managing maintenance budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support production schedules.What you will do:Manage and lead the Maintenance team to ensure production equipment is maintained and operating according to specifications while maintaining a safe working environment. Support successful completion of production schedules by maximizing equipment uptime and tracking downtime of equipment for data collection.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment and machinery, as well as make recommendations for processes to maximize the equipment's efficiency and productivity.Assists in maintaining safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to by Maintenance personnel; conducts regular shift safety meetings and safety inspection on all equipment in accordance with site safety rules and regulations.Implement and oversee an efficient spare parts management system, including inventory control, replenishment strategies, and vendor management, to ensure availability of critical parts while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. Collaborate with maintenance planners to develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, optimizing resources and minimizing downtime through proactive planning and coordination of maintenance activitiesComplete annual goals and adhere to budgets as determined by department and Senior Manager.When & Where:In office daily.
