Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer to support OEM customers with refrigeration, HVAC and lighting controls. You will learn Copeland Cold Chain controls, work with various product teams, and apply technical expertise to win deals.

The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams in the Americas and Europe, and traveling up to 50% to engage customers and deploy solutions. Hybrid work arrangements apply with in-office requirements.

Formación

• Requires a BS degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Two years of food retail or foodservice product development / engineering / field service / technical support or related experience.
• Knowledge of Copeland control systems for Food Retail/Foodservice, including E3, Site Supervisor, distributed controls.
• Hands-on experience with Food Retail/Foodservice Building Management Software.
• Demonstrated success in a technical role in the food retail or foodservice industry or similar.
• Effective analytical, coordination and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 40-50%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted customer partner and technical subject matter expert for refrigeration, HVAC and lighting controls and applicable services.
• Serve as OEM application expert.
• Understand controls and services market trends and competitive capabilities.
• Collaborate with the sales team on customer facing engagements as technical sales and OEM application expert.
• Create high level, technical requirements for new OEM opportunities including BOM, integrations, control panels, programming files, distributed controllers and field services.
• Collaborate with Copeland execution teams to ensure successful deployment of controls and services.
• Customer focused approach with emphasis on land, implement and expand phases of the sales cycle.
