Job summary

The Hartford Steam Boiler, a subsidiary of Munich Re, seeks a leader to own end-to-end development and management of OEM alliances, identifying target markets and onboarding partners to drive growth. You will help expand OEM Risk Solutions with data-driven, technology-enabled offerings for energy, data center, and critical infrastructure ecosystems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliance development, solution sales or related roles.
5+ years working with OEM or equipment service organizations, preferably industrial OEMs or tech-enabled providers.
5+ years managing complex B2B client relationships, including senior stakeholder engagement.
Preferred experience developing or commercializing offerings involving risk transfer, warranty, or service contracts.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage OEM alliances end-to-end, including market targeting, onboarding and partner growth.
Support expansion of OEM Risk Solutions with data-driven, technology-enabled risk transfer offerings for priority sectors.
Engage with stakeholders across energy, data center and critical infrastructure sectors to evaluate uptime, efficiency and risk mitigation.
