Job summary

Klesk Metal Stamping Co. is seeking an Account Manager to manage OEM relationships and drive profitable growth.

This on-site role in Northeast Minneapolis focuses on customer retention, pricing support, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality, timely quotes. The successful candidate will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Purchasing to understand customer needs, develop account plans, and expand opportunities within key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing OEM accounts in manufacturing or related industrial business.
• Experience coordinating with purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations teams.
• Experience supporting quotations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to interpret customer technical requirements and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated customer relationships and understand customer priorities and needs.
• Build relationships with purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations stakeholders.
• Conduct regular account discussions and coordinate customer visits and business reviews.
• Identify customer concerns and work with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain confidence.
• Coordinate with Customer Success Specialists to ensure consistent communication and follow-through.
• Gather forecasts and program information to support commercial and capacity planning.
