Job summary

Klesk Metal Stamping Co. is seeking a Business Systems Manager to strengthen ERP systems, improve data accuracy, enhance reporting, and drive streamlined business processes in a full-time Minnesota role.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, and external ERP resources to maximize system value using Syteline CloudSuite Industrial; this hands-on role emphasizes data and user enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP, business systems, reporting, data, or process improvement in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Ability to turn user needs into practical system improvements, reports, workflows, or documentation.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical employees; comfort working hands-on.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and problem solving in a growing organization where systems mature.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key internal resource for Syteline CloudSuite Industrial and related business applications.
• Help departments use business systems consistently and effectively.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support ERP stabilization, continuous improvement, testing, implementation, and user adoption.
• Review and improve master data, workflows, reporting, and process alignment.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, data views, and decision-support tools.
