Job summary

Yokohama Tire Corporation seeks an OE Account Specialist to support OE customer programs and tire development with close collaboration across YRC, YDCA, and Japan teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Interest in technical sales and OEM account support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing a Product Development plan with YRC/YDCA to meet performance objectives and milestones.
• Coordinate domestic testing activities and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Attend OEM vehicle test events, design reviews, and customer meetings to understand requirements and validation procedures.
• Support communication of test results and updates while learning root cause analysis and development planning.
• Interface with warranty and consumer affairs to provide tire technology training and customer guidance.
• Assist OEM personnel visiting manufacturing sites and HQ.
